Public Sector, Municipal & Infrastructure Services
Published July 2026 · Last updated July 2026
Public accountability requires showing what a program cost and what it delivered — in a form a resident can read.
Who this is for
Municipalities, public agencies, authorities, and infrastructure service organizations.
The problem
Program and department cost is reported against budget, which answers a compliance question rather than a performance one. Asset condition and service-level delivery are tracked in operational systems that were never designed to produce public-facing reporting.
What we build
Program-, department-, and service-level cost and delivery; construction cost, wage, and materials index signals joined to budget and capital planning; peer comparison by jurisdiction type and size; plain-language questions over live data.
Measures we surface
- Program and department cost against outcome
- service-level delivery and response time
- asset condition and capital prioritization
- workforce cost and productivity
- grant and funding utilization
- public performance reporting
How it’s delivered
Pathfinder Elements brings the platform to market three ways. We work directly with organizations where a sector’s operating model calls for close design work. We license to resellers and distribution partners who already serve a market and deliver the platform, configured, to their own customers. And we co-develop sector capability with software and services partners, combining our analytics core with their domain systems and market access. Prospective partners are welcome to get in touch.
